New app wasn't tested very well. my key CARD STILL doesn't work in downtown garage despite numerous phone calls and visits to the Players club. Not a very well thought out implementation. It used to be so easy to see at a glance what the promotions were and what the giveaways were and now it's spotty , whether it shows up or not cumbersome to deal with, I am not a fan! It's also frustrating to try to figure out how many points you gained in a day and verify that it's being added.

This app is basically useless. It provides the viewer info that you already know. What it doesn't provide are incentives, promos, events, buffet, and freeplay offers! The calendar is always blank. The calendar should show you all that is going on so someone can plan to go on certain dates. Meanwhile, I've got a pile of promos from all the casinos in my area that I get almost daily thru the mail. I guess I have to manually enter the info I'm interested in into my calendar! Go back to the old app

Whoever designed this app clearly does not Gamble. The old app gave us more information than the new one, although both are bad!! We want to see "our/My Offers" by casino. All the offers which are mailed or emailed to us, should be available to view in the application!!!!! Come on Jack, you can do better.
