I created this app from popular demand from the first Ultima VII runic language converter I made. You can download Ultima VII from an abandonware site and emulate it with DosBox. This app is designed not only to help with the game but enable the user to create their own signs in the language. I had to create this new app as opposed to patching the previous one because I lost the keystore for the original.
