This app is broken. Every time I try to login, it asks to verify my phone number. Which I do, but it states that the number is already taken. No duh!!! It's my account and my phone number. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, tried doing the password reset which seemed to go through but logging back in it goes to the phone number verification and back to the error message that the number was already used. Fix it please.

Love the place but the app is terrible. Not every location has every flavor. For example, Lucas TX will never have lemon, I asked. Not even sure how that is possible at an Italian ice place but I digress. The app should filter based on location or else I can order ahead, pay, and then get there and find out they can't make what I want. Fix that and I'll give you 5 stars.

Me and my family visited the new location in Wendell Falls, NC on both days of the grand opening. The gelati was extremely good, and it was even better knowing it was half off. This place is a 10/10, would definitely recommend to anyone. Their point system is pretty fair too. You dont have to spend an extraordinary amount of money to get free rewards. I would recommend the Orange Tango, as well as the Key West Tropical + Vanilla + Rainbow Sprinkles.
