Ratings and reviews

Terrible the app crashes all the time, and you can't look up your rewards without using the app. To look just the rewards, you have to suffer it crashing 20 plus times. Only to find out you might have anything available to you anyway. What a waste of time. It is a useless app to go with a subpar hotel and casino. They need to try harder to get business.

App won't sign me in. It use to until RW changed their software and now nothing I do resolves the problem. Even sending a password to my email doesn't work as it never arrives.

App works well and shows all the pertinent information about their Rewards program, reservations and resort features. The only thing I don't understand is why there is a Badges section that never seems to have any Badge information.
