Never had a problem! App loads fast and easy, reloads are also quick once you have a payment method saved. Paying the fare in advance saves the driver waiting for you, since purchasing the fare doesn't immediately activate the ticket. Activate the ticket when the bus is pulling over to pick you up, and you can avoid the awkward shuffle.

I bought a ticket for highway 17 and it doesn't work and they won't let me on the bus even though I purchased a ticket

For the most part is easy to use except on the highway 17 busses where they scan the QR code for people with the disabilities and have the same sound for rejection or invalid ticket
