So far unable to get it to connect to the frame, bought the frame months ago thinking it had this ability but no app. App finally is out and does not work.

It will not connect with Alexa continue crashes. The app drains the battery as well. I hope you will work to get the bugs out.

can't even get the app to download, the remote lasted 3 months. waiting on customer service, should've just went with personal comfort.
