KERB - a brilliant new way to park!
Find a parking space:
KERB changes the conventional view about where people can park their cars, motorbikes, boats and even helicopters! KERB’s technology unlocks empty spaces across the world’s busiest cities, helping individuals, businesses and governments to save time and money.
How parking works:
1. Find a parking space on the map.
2. Pick how/when you need to park.
3. Make/request your booking.

List your parking space:
Think about the place you live in. Every time you get into your car or onto your motorbike to go to work, you are freeing up a parking space which could potentially be used by someone else. And when you arrive at your destination and start looking for parking, you could just as easily park in a private parking space belonging to an individual, a small business or store, or even a hotel or church.
How listing works:
1. Download the KERB app.
2. Open the ‘Manage Spaces' tab.
3. Complete the 5 easy steps and publish.
4. Start earning money!

Convenient for parking. But I had once accidentally press the open gate and start, then I couldn't cancel it. That time I had just installed it and wanted to explore the app, then I press the open gate and start and then, it was stated that your parking is active and I need to pay. While I was searching on how to cancel it, the parking time was still running and I got charged. In order to avoid any other problem (I was worried if it keeps running and the fare become higher), I just paid it.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience and for using KERB. When your booking is approved, you may no longer cancel it. However, It's not right that you're charged for the parking when you are only testing the app. I'll find out for you. Would you mind contacting our Customer Support Team at @justask@kerb.works?

The app is slow, and if there is no line in the parking basement, it is difficult to get through the app. The app also automatically logs you out many times when you are trying to exit the car park. This is time wasting. Why not have the app like at Sunway Pinnacle...much much easier and user-friendly.

This app is extremely difficult to use. Intuitiveness need to be greatly improved upon. I seemed to have been charged RM 18+ tax charged for overstaying although I left within 1 hour. I didn't know I had to exit from the app. Need to check my payment card. It's really difficult to see on the app. The exit gate open and I exited. That should have cost me RM 1+tax only. Email sent to them. Hopefully I can get my refund.

This wasn't an overcharge, the charges continued because it appears that you're still parked. You missed to complete or end your hourly parking. No worries, we can sort this out. Kindly reply to our email.
