Your payment verification is suck, Already paid via payment apps but the status still not paid and the order didnt come to the store. I pay 2 times with Shopee and 1 time with my mobile Banking and still the payment is failed but my money is get taken. Your customer care also suck, no one reply the chat and no follow up

The menu when I order online, it was not updated at all. They were all empty. And I had been forced to switch to regular. It was so stupid. I'm paying for my order, Elsewhere.

This app cannot refund your money if the merchant cancels it. Instead, they will refund it via voucher which is you can only use it once and can't cash out. For example, if I order something at 20rb and get canceled by the merchant, I only receive refund 20rb as a voucher. And if I order something for 18rb using my refund voucher (20rb), there's no 2rb change. Obviously this is a ridiculous policy that I've never found in any similar application.
