STAY AWAY!! This company has lead in its homes and does not disclose it. The app does not work properly, and it will say you paid rent and then all of a sudden after a week say you didn't. They, when then repeatedly, harrass and threaten you and say they want the keys back if you aren't going to pay. You can apparently only pay through the app, so if it doesn't work they try threatening you with eviction. They are not timely on emergency repairs, water leaks, heat issues, total system ETC.

The app does exactly what it says it does I just think they need to emphasize that you can't get your money back unless a property is publicly trading. When a property is first added to this app, It's not at a stage where you can sell it You can only buy it. - The app has the potential to make you a lot of money if you invest a lot of money My calculations is about $0.05 for every $5

Great adjustment compared to having to write a check to pay rent. The app allows me to pay with a click of a button and no fees!
