Update: I had given this app 5 stars previously, but for a bit over a week, maybe 2 weeks, this app has been NON-FUNCTIONAL. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but nothing works. It loads, but doesn't allow me to log on. It just sits there on the sign-in screen. PLEASE FIX THIS! I rely on this app daily to keep our finances in order. I'm blind w/o it. Thanks.

App will not open. Have tried deleting and reloading. Several times. Not having issues with any other apps. It took a few days to correct whatever was going on but I haven't had any issues with the app since Feb 22. And I'm really liking this remote deposit deal. Well, except for the fact that I shake quite a lot and getting a clear picture is difficult.

Normally this app works flawlessly for me. But now since the update in April I have issues logging in, and it crashes or freezes and it's constantly running in the background. Also since the update when I have to force stop it cause it drains my battery from continuously running it says I have to contact support. Don't what y'all did to the app but it was fine before the update.
