App was good until it wasnt. Went to login this week to make weekly payment on my card, and just have a message saying "something went wrong, please try again" cant even seem to access my account online either. Tried uninstalling and downloading again and get the same message when I enter my email for login. I cant even access the online account either as I get the message there. Called Latitude but was told there they couldn't see an issue their end and its only me who has reported this issue.

I am unable to login using my credentials and have tried calling the ice and emailing the dedicated app email as well. No response and no timeline on when it will be fixed. No one has indicated whether my account needed to be reset or whether it was an app wide issue. Appalling.

Promotions and notifications cover the entire account icon and are not removable. It is impossible to select accounts as it is under the notification making the app unusable. Update- Very quick support to fix problem
