I loved the programmability of this app installed on an earlier (incapacitated) phone. Where I live, daylight goes from ~8 hours per day in winter to ~17 hours in summer requiring regular program adjustments. But now, the app won't open (new Pixel 8) which means my blinds continue to operate by settings I can't get to. The 5pm race to the remote is getting old fast. Tell us Levolor, can we expect a app fix or should we rip out and replace thousands of dollars in blinds for a product that works?

Update 5/10 - Still doesn't work with my S24U. Freezes when loading. Unfortunate. Update 3/24 - It's still horrible and unfortunate. Seems like this should be an easy one to hit out of the park, but no. Also doesn't seem to work with my Samsung S24U. It just stalls out on opening the app. Just one Star -Pro: you can control your shades. Cons: This app seriously needs to be updated to allow for assistant integration and include a look like an app designed this century.

When it works, its good. But bluetooth doesn't stay connected. App didn't adjust for daylight savings. Blinds and app has no Alexa integration. Update...now in 2021 the remote and app won't work together. Tried to reinstall, put in new batteries, etc. Phone sees remote via Bluetooth but won't work. And I see no updates of app from developers in over a year.
