Ratings and reviews

Over the last few months, attachments are not visible or able to be accessed through the app for some reason, although I have no issue seeing and accessing them via desktop. Retrieving/resetting passwords is problematic since there is no recourse if the reset text or email is not received, even after contacting support (and I am a Premium user).

Horrible app due to one major flaw. You will get bombarded with unskippable advertisement videos after every 2-3 clicks. Unacceptable for a simple email app. It takes at least triple the time you would need on another service to simply find a particular email if you must go back and forth. This is not how you run an email service. Makes it practically unusable. Will never make another email outside of Gmail again after this experience.

Suddenly can't attach this as a mailbox on my Yahoo- pretty sad. I've had this email for years, last night it just disappeared from my mailbox list. I tried to reattach it and was told Mail. Com doesn't support it, after years, it's bizarre and inconvenient. The app also has ads, I'll probably just deactivate it now and change my email.
