First off, apps taking you to their website are no longer an app.. now it's staying stuck on the loading screen!!! How the hell are people supposed to pay their bills if it's not working!??! What's the point of having an app if it's going to the website login? Therefore, no longer an app kinda defeates the purpose

Bad. Paying for something I still don't have not making any more payments till I get what I'm paying for terrible to charge someone for a service they haven't even gotten yet. Going in tomorrow to cancel order and I better get my money back too!

App was working fine about a month ago and now it just takes me to the website and wont let me login or pay Bill's. Very aggravating especially since Aarons staff is trained to harass you when you are unable to oay.
