First off, apps taking you to their website are no longer a app.. now it's staying stuck on the loading screen!!! How the hell are people supposed to pay their bills if it's not working!??! What's the point of having an app if it's going to the website login? Therefore, no longer an app kinda defeats the purpose. Today October 19th it won't let me log in. How the hell am I supposed to make my payments

Payment being made on time with they easy pay system. It's very convenient for me. I don't have to worry about being reminded. It just take the money when I'm due.

Bad. Paying for something I still don't have not making any more payments till I get what I'm paying for terrible to charge someone for a service they haven't even gotten yet. Going in tomorrow to cancel order and I better get my money back too!
