I have enjoted this app for quite some time. The original app has been revamped with better functionality. A new feature is the ability to pay within the app in your own currency, instead of relying on outside services to convert to rupees. Apparently, due to what may be a simple programming error affecting currency conversion, the fees on some of their Pujas have increased substantially. It seems they are trying to correct this & I have hope they will update it soon. Highly recommended !!

Used to be amazing, after the update it has become the worst platform, the customer care rarely responds, and when does just Gaslights, wrong ancestors names were taken for 3 pitra poojas even after pointing out the error way before the pooja date. I was told it will be corrected with the coming pooja for which neither order IDs were sent and when followed up, number was switched off I was just gaslighted again n 10 calls were disconnected and the refund was made after 4-5 strenuous follow-ups.

This app seems to be fraudulent. I had paid money for a Puja conducted on 27th May and still video of the Puja is not sent to me. They keep telling me that video is recorded but not streamed LIVE. If a video is already recorded then why they will take more than 7 days to send an already recorded video. These people are lying a lot Sri mandir and Utsav app are better than this.
