Middling app overall with some major flaws. How about we add a confirmation prompt to the "sign later" option so that when a client with shaky hands accidentally touches it we don't have to wait til the next day to sign for it? Or maybe an option to go ahead and sign for it before the next shift starts while we're still right there? Or perhaps fix that "sign later" option so that an actual prompt to SIGN shows up the next day more often than one time out of ten? Fix this thing, it's infuriating.

Many times the app hasn't been working properly. Currently an issue that I've had many times is that I have all my tasks completed so I have 0 tasks to complete yet only 5/13 tasks have gone through. It's not registering my tasks have been completed therefore unable to clock out with the client at the end of the shift because of technical issues with the apps task completion pending... I have had many issues with this app and I don't like it compared to the previous app we used.

Poorly organized, repetitive questions and they need to make it possible to put in mileage. It just doesn't make sense to use an app to clock in etc and have to send a paperwork for mileage. Please fix things properly
