Ai SmartHome is FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) wireless surveillance camera with DVR function.
                FHSS system has strong anti-interference technology and longer transmission distance.
                FHSS is paired system which has transmitter and receiver portion.

Constantly crashes. Constantly have to reconnect. Tells me a camera is "out of range" when i am 10 ft away. Cannot listen to, speak thry or hear any recorded sound. Period. Very basic controls. Doesnt always notify me. Even though everything is turned on. Cannot rename cameras. No info on recorded video list. U got to kind of guess or Open every one. Cannot zoom or do anything to video to see better. Live or recorded. I will be sending this camera system back cuz this app sucks bad

I have deleted and reloaded this app dozens of times, and nothing works consistently. It doesn't send notifications as described, zoom has never worked, freezes up when changing functions and devices. Have sent developers multiple emails, they don't respond. Support is nonexistent. Cannot use the TMEZON system as intended. STAY AWAY !

App constantly crashes any time access a camera feed. For the cost of the equipment, a user would expect the app to have some level of quality. Would not recommend app or security system. System didn't include all necessary equipment and falsely claims to be two way audio; however, user can only have mic or speaker on at once and have to switch between the two after each dialogue in order to interact with someone on the camera.
