Good way to check on balances and pay bills. The check deposit function is greatly improved. Love the Bill Pay feature. I wish there was an easy way to transfer money from an outside account. Unable to payoff loan amount in full $200.22. I can log on with my fingerprint, but then have to enter my password to pay bills, deposit miney, transfer funds. This is not right.

Pre March '22 update: Works very well - there are just a couple of things I can't do on the app like I can from the site. 3.21.22 As others have reported, I agreed to update the app & no longer have any access whatsoever: a blank white screen is all that shows up. This is not only ridiculous, it is extremely inconvenient: I expect more from this establishment! I certainly hope this issue gets addressed, fixed and is never again a problem in the VERY near future!

Update 5.7.22 I love this credit union and bank. Originally I gave it 3 Stars a few years ago, but this app is 5-Stars. No issues. No complaints ------------ (Original Review) This is the only institution that had me jumping through hoops trying to figure out how to gain access via this app. Very frustrating.
