The app has many problems and even the promises of pdf is not fully fulfilled. The doubt forum not working and online classes take time to open live and even recording. The app should enhance its feature and a proper team should inspect the problems of the me digital app. The teachers and the answer solution are fine and then the notice also but major fault is app is not updated which means lots of bugs and problems.

The app is not good at all. I agree that some of the faculties are good but the app is irritating. It doesn't have a download option or even screenshot option. And the main reason behind this is that there is a very weak or poor network availability in the rural areas. But the management aren't ready to understand the situation. I'm really very disappointment and worried about the lectures.........

Dear student,
Use higher value data back with daily usages of minimum 2 GB per day with good internet speed to see all videos uploaded in single day.
Make sure this 2GB data should not be used for other app or purposes like seeing you tube , Facebook , Whatsapp etc.

I am going in and out from your Help Session and spend more than thousands of money and 1 month time for about several app problems. But nothing was work. In my mobile your app will not be able to login and in my windows laptop login was done but no live videos were working. I click on recording of the video but instead of playing video, it shows join in place of recording. From these many issues I face many problems in my subjects like physics. So, I kindly request the developer to fix it.
