Ratings and reviews

This is the least intuitive banking app I've ever used. Want to set up a cross-bank transfer? No can do. Want to use biometrics to log in? The app never allows it. Want to have more options than just looking at your account? You're barking up the wrong tree. As somebody who is on the road 95% of the year, I don't have the option to go into a banking branch all the time, so my disdain for this app has been well rooted.

The PB has been downloading for the past 10 minutes and still going. There was a note to download but the app didn't need my instructions to agree to download. I will wait a few more minutes to see if any money is left in our account. The reason I am waiting is because I am locked out of my account.

The app constantly errors out - sometimes even telling you your account cannot be found. Balance might show - but not transactions... It works maybe 50% of the times I attempt to use it. Would not recommend and considering changing banks so I have an app that works
