App was never anything special but at least it used to do what it was supposed to. Now it never seems to want to work and when it does it's constantly resetting your login info so you have to answer your security questions every time. Also if you set up a pass code, that only seems to work for a few sessions before it resets your login again. I just want to log in fast and check my balances but I guess that's too much to ask for.

Pretty frustrating. Biometric authentication keeps turning itself off, they'll ask to enroll your phone number again, right after they texted you to verify your identity. Have to reinstall each month or so. Once you get in, it's not bad. EDIT: seems to have been fixed in the last couple months, working much better now! Update to 4stars.

Ever since Centenial took over it got worse, I had to reinstall the app and call them to get the app to work so I could sign in and now I can't even use it on the go since every time I try to access it over data it tells me "The data network was busy or unavailable please try again later." Well guess what, it's been weeks and it still only works on wifi at home. I can use my computer at home. I'd rather not be forced to. Edit: This is now the 4th time I've had to reinstall this app.
