I'd give this more because I love the app. However, I'm tired of having to uninstall and then reinstall it every other day. If I don't, I get an error message, or it says bad request. I know Gorham Savings is aware because they were the ones who told me I needed to uninstall and reinstall for it to work again. Please fix this!!! 🙏 Besides that, I love being able to check my accounts, deposit checks, see my credit score, and move money around from accounts.

Latest updates have been causing nothing but problems. The app is essentially useless. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall. Re-enroll. It's all very annoying. Seems like a simple logo change has caused a lot of problems. Wish could update this to Zero stars! Seriously GSB, get with it on the app, continually nothing but problems! No updates to fix any of these problems. Cust service is oblivious to any of this, and they are surprised when I point them to check the comments on Play Store.

The app refuses to let me use my fingerprint to sign in. It used to, then after an update a cpl years ago, it has made me type in my password every time. As well, it doesn't recognize cap lock so I have to push shift every capital letter, which is just annoying to say the least. It feels like such an easy fix. I've uninstalled and gone to settings and clicked to sign on w/ fingerprint and still everytime it still makes me type in my password pressing shift over and over to do so.
