About this app

Available to all TowneBank Business Online Banking members. Faster than a browser, TowneBank Business Mobile allows you to check balances,
make transfers, approve ACH and Wires, pay bills, send and receive money with Zelle®*, make deposits, and much more!

Available features include:

Manage Accounts
• Quickly access your finances with biometric login**
• Check your latest account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.
• Transfer funds between your TowneBank accounts
• Deposit checks^

Approvals
• Approve ACH and Wire transactions on the go

Make Payments
• Send and receive money with Zelle®*
• Schedule, edit, or cancel bill payments
• Schedule one-time payments

Check Deposit^
• Deposit checks while on the go

Disclosures
*To send or receive money with Zelle®, both parties must have an eligible checking or savings account. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. Zelle® and the Zelle® related marks are wholly owned by Early Warning Services, LLC and are used herein under license. In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®."

** If you have family members who look like you, we recommend using your username and password instead of FaceID to log into mobile banking. Specific devices are eligible to enable fingerprint sign-on. If you store multiple fingerprints on your device, including those of additional persons, those persons will also be able to access your TowneBank Mobile
Banking app via fingerprint when a fingerprint is enabled.

^Mobile check deposit is subject to eligibility and further review. Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Deposit limits and other restrictions may apply.

Mobile Check Deposit Eligibility Requirements
• An Android device with the latest version of the TowneBank Business Mobile Banking App
• An active Business Online Banking Company Administrator or user with permission granted from your Company Administrator
There is no charge from TowneBank; however, your mobile carrier’s web access charges may apply. Your financial security is our priority.

It appears they have not fixed the problem mentioned below in a year. App installs fine, opens fine, then just closes before you have time to do anything at all, including log in. Note: I have called in two or three times now, support reps can't help. Said the app is through a third party provider and they will reach out to them. So far, nothing.

App Opens then closes. Won't stay open long enough to log in.
