Every time this thing has some issue and locks me out forcing a change, again. I can't keep track anymore. It's not me, like most people this is one of a hundred apps on my devices and every friggin time. Most frustrating bank app I've ever used... one time the guy on the phone said I didn't exist. Next day fine. Bummer because the bank services are awesome! However I can't deal with getting locked out when I need access, and that's about to force a change in Banks completely.

The app is terrible including their banks awful customer service in their banks, force to change passwords every 4 months, their website to check your account is so missing so many things compared to a national bank, constantly having issues, charging $2 for monthly statements now, closing branches, limited bank hours, tech support is not vailable after hours, closed Saturdays, staff are not friendly compared to other banks in town and so on. Ive never been happy with using Pacific Premier Bank

Works, it's just clunky. A few months later, it's still clunky. It's easier than driving to the bank. It could use fewer steps to deposit checks and it doesn't ask if you have more checks.
