The BuoniSpesa APP is dedicated to affiliated stores and allows you to receive
payments through shopping vouchers. The store must download the APP and enter the login credentials received via SMS / Email after accreditation on the portal www.telemoney.cloud
Once logged in, the store can decide whether to use the APP in "checkout" mode or in "infopoint" mode. The "cashier" mode allows you to record payments, via smartphone or tablet, directly to the cashier. To / at the cashier, just enter the shopping voucher code in the APP and then the amount to be paid. In this case, the customer only needs to communicate his shopping voucher code
at the cash desk.
If a tablet or smartphone is not available for use directly at the checkout, you can manage your shopping vouchers using the "Infopoint" mode. Upon entering the business, the customer must go to the infopoint where the employee will enter the Shopping Voucher Code in the "Lock / Unlock" section of the BuoniSpesa APP. Once the LOCK function has been activated, the employee will provide the customer with an internal paper voucher with the value of the available amount written. At the end of his purchases, the customer will first show the paper voucher to the cashier who will issue the receipt. The customer will bring the tax receipt to the employee of the infopoint who will unlock the previously blocked code and record the amount spent in the appropriate section.
It is advisable to use the "infopoint" mode by accessing the www.telemoney.cloud website via computer, since automatic printing of the internal paper voucher to be issued to the customer is required.
