Good app. I sent Fred back for screenshots. Since I cannot find an option when I filter out monthly bus pass purchase for company reimbursement. The current screenshots are forbidden. All black screens. So have to rely on web, but we displays account balance. So it's lose / lose. Otherwise, yes I love the mobile app.

Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app twice. It is performing even worse. When I try to transfer or even check an account, it turns my screen into a jigsaw puzzle. I have a samsung S10+, so I dont think its the phone. The app needs work. The app crashes a lot, blank rectangles appear where there should be information for text fields, and when there are texts - they turn neon green. App needs work. I'm on a samsung S10+ thats running the latest android update.

The app does not update balance for months on end. I asked the company and was told it might be delayed. There is a work around though that let's you see your balance. Go to "help and legal" -> "secure messages" -> "compose new message "-> "general" and when you click on the drop down below it will list your account and accurate BALANCE AMOUNT. Hopefully this helps someone. I just had to call them every time I needed a balance but I just figured this trick out today.
