Paid $9 and it doesn't have any information on restaurants or brands etc. Very disappointing. I can figure out generic food on my own, it's the restaurants I need help with! And being able to sort by food triggers would be helpful. I'd love to be able to say alliums, and have it flag items with alliums. Paid for an app and then I still get ads for your meal kit service? Disappointing.

What makes this app so great & worth every penny for me was the "Food Guide" which made it really easy to determine if a food was low fodmap or not. You can look up practically any food you could think of and it will tell you, so that you're not left guessing, which saves you a lot of time & trouble. I also really appreciate the "Recipes" section because it gives you lots of meal ideas so that you're not stuck eating the same meals over and over, which helps keep you sane while on this diet.

Thank you for making this app. I've been following the low fodmap diet for four days now and this app has helped tremendously. I eat a whole foods, vegan diet and everything I've looked up is in the app. It's so fast and easy to look up foods now! Update: I've been following the low fodmap diet for a little over a month now. I'm at the reintroduction phase and this app is continuing to be a fantastic helper. I use it to decide the serving size I should use for each food. Thanks again!
