The Orbit app started sending 'Door Closed' notifications every 2 - 4 minutes nonstop. Even when the door was open. Anuj from Skylink Support responded quickly. They gathered information and then sent a replacement WiFi stick & control board. Didn't solve issue. Added WiFi signal booster. 'Door Closed' issue remains.

Needed to use IOS because Android only provided a numeric keyboard for ID# entry. Also, the light indicator just stays highlighted as its on. You can press the left light button but there is no real indicator of on or off. PS: Customer service did say to add Microsoft keyboard app so I could enter data but I have no room for more apps. Tha app also lacks any kind of instruction such as the light indicators - no info on what is what?

Just like one of the reviews, I had several issues and support wasn't any help. Just sent me link to video and instructions of how to do just as the app walks you through. VPN may cause install issues! Turn off VPN TEMPORARILY just during initial setup. Otherwise you will sit there ready to throw your phone and wifi stick. Went through advanced setup,connected to wifi stick though my wifi settings, connected to router. it willsay"connecting to server" switch wifi back to your router for internet
