Ratings and reviews

I received the notification that the app has been updated to version 8.1.1a . After opening the app nothing works. On the main page (where I swipe left or right) it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later". In my messages, its showing "tap to retry", and any message I open it erased the entire conversation and then deleted the entire conversation.

I wish it was better. The app did not show people to explore and the people who 'liked me' did so 1 month ago. Adding to, my profile was verified and then unverified because it did not recognize my very clear face in the photo; took many tomes to finally verify. Customer service attended once and then did not reply after I tried their suggested solutions. Canceled the subscription. No refund. Disappointing experience.

1. Where is the "Reset" option in the Passed tab? Please restore it. 2. Delyed notification in chats and phone notifications, both. 3. Same filters for all tabs at the same time. 4. Filters not accurate. 5. Profiles from wrong locations start seeing your profile in huge numbers after every update, wasting profile boosts. 6. A lot is to be improved!
