I am experiencing difficulties with the recent update(4th sp 2024) . I cannot login using my other mobile number, because I have lost my registered mobile number and now don't access to it. The app is only sending OTPs to that number only. It would be beneficial if app offer alternative login methods, such as email account or account number, to improve user experience. Currently, third-party UPI services are also asking registered mobile number to accept hathway creditionals.

This aplication is not opening after giving registered mobile number also. The OTP also not receiving. In the bill there is same mobile number. I don't undertand why it is happening.even after enter account no of hathway also not getting otp.very worst application

I recharged through app 4 days ago. But channels are not showing. The app is showing errors whole adding ala carte channels. I complained through the app. But they have closed my complaint without resolving it. Very bad experience
