They say the signature is active, yet absolutely no information regarding how to use it. I installed this app, makes me scan a qr code that I never get. Can't find clear information anywhere. Yet for customer supports they ask for a lot of info until you can actually send a message. This is pointless

Doesn't seem to work. No idea where to get a PIN to activate. Requested assistance, no operators taking calls from abroad.
