I wonder why this company is still in business despite multiple bad reviews. I downloaded this app just to express my frustration in this company. You are delivering to an office, yet you deliver my package multiple times on a non-business hours time slot. Such an unprofessional courier services company. AMEREX AND SMSA ARE BETTER, DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I downloaded the app just to put my review. Worst experience with drivers who just want to follow their own course for delivery. Morning they send msg to all customer and then create a route for delivery. Whoever is not on their route they will contact at night around 09:30 PM as a formality and later put blame on customer that they were not available for delivery. In my case delivery location was clearly mentioned Office still driver whatsapp me at 09:30 PM for delivery.

Useless App which it doesn't work at all, just after the sign up process finiah I get the same error message with the login code, poor service and useless App is the last thing you can imagine will combine together. Don't download it & save your time by moving away from them.
