Not for foreigners, even if you live in Korea long term. Also the Cashback is not good and everything takes forever like a gatcha game. Just get a credit card from a better company

네이버머니 뱅크 is not for foreigners although I pay them Naver pay plus every month. They keep pushing ad about naver money bank everytime I make a payment but not allow me to create one. That is considered offensive and racist.
