This is the hardest, not user friendly mobile banking app I have ever used. I'm trying to make a payment and sign up for automatic bill pay and the entire process has been incredibly cumbersome and confusing. The good thing I can say is that when I called customer service I got a real person from my country right away that was very pleasant and helpful. I hope things get easier going forward.

Very spotty after 5pm for depostiting, sometimes takes many attempts as the app continually crashes after telling it to 'use' the back of the check picture. Sometimes i succeed after 5 or 10 tries, sometimes i give up after 15 or 20 tries. Very odd as it wotks perfectly up until 4:59pm. Does someone turn off a necessary server or gateway when they leave work?

Great app, it shows me all of my accounts including car loan. This mobile app allows me to do most things like transfer money between accounts, send money via Zelle, deposit checks, pay on my loan, request bank cards, report cards as lost and a lot more. It gives you access to all forms of information about the different accounts and easy access to customer service. The mail icon feature is awesome. I don't know who the people are that read and respond to questions/requests, but they do it!!
