Unfortunately the anonymity of online speech has normalized behavior like this. Online people say things to each other, that they never would in public, and certainly do not want associated with them personally, or professionally.
We built a service to collect screen shots of when this or something similar happens to you. Those uploads are then sent to HR departments that subscribe so they can be reviewed and dealt with.
In the near future, we will also enable potential new hires to be reviewed as well.
Our goal is to attach some accountability to behavior online so people treat each other on the web and social media, as they do in person.
