Would not accept my username and password with several attempts. Uninstalled immediately. NT is the gold standard for citation generation, but the app is worthless to me.

This app is horrible. I thought it would be like the website but it is not. You can't do anything on it. It doesn't have clear instructions and as a student, it disappoints me. It was a waste of time and is not what you think it is or should be.

I tried 17 times it kept saying User not found and i used this at school it actually worked but now it did not so i will advise the creator to fix this right Now Please and thank you Make the app better
