Nice presentation, but very buggy on every device I use, crashes and hangs. Can't use it to read or continue reading a previous edition of the Globe. I communicated extensively with Globe support, was asked to try things that didn't solve any problems, and was finally told they were aware of the issues. Still not fixed 10 weeks later.

I am very unhappy with this app. First, it gets stuck on a blank page. 2nd, it takes forever to download. 3rd after it dowloads, it either won't open or only opens once. As others have said, some stories open up, and others don't. I also find the new layout inconvenient. There are too many steps to open up a section.

As a Boston Globe 7 day print and digital subscriber, it is very frustrating that in the face of spotty and unreliable home delivery, this digital Android app remains absolutely terrible. For many years it has been predictably buggy with a stale, poor interface. The app should be updated and UNBUGGED as it does best by crashing. Does anyone upstairs care?
