Just try for 2 hrs to connect to the app. But no go thru. I can see the internet is solid white, but the app says it can't connect to the app . I clear cache clear data deleted app, Look for apk 3 different versions downgrade, but I still can't connect to the app. After I read online a lot of people saying they did the first setup on Apple and after that they open the app on android and they can see everything connected. Now everything is working now after setup on apple

Hi Jose, sorry you had trouble before. We had a bug which affected Android users which we've now fixed. Could you please update to app version 2.5.4 and try again? If you're still unable to connect, please raise a ticket by taking a screenshot of the app and our team will be happy to help you.

Great App easy to sync to machine, nice touch. 21/8: Apologies! User error caused me to rant, my fault, but your robot support needs to be better, some times a call back if people are really stuck would resolve in 30secs without all this typing, like the old days, service from people!
