QIB Mobile is available to all QIB Individual customers with an active ATM Card and PIN. As soon as you download and install the application, you can create your username and password to enjoy a seamless banking experience.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
QIB Mobile Banking is secure and safe. We have introduced the two factor authentication using the One-Time-Password authentication (OTP) to further secure your banking account. OTP will be received either by SMS to your registered mobile number or by downloading QIB Aman app to be used upon logging in to your account and upon performing a banking transaction.

Ratings and reviews

App is good but why must we pay 10qr to load a prepaid card each time? We paid to receive the card, that should be enough. Other banks do not charge each time you load a prepaid card. It does not cost money to transfer money to another qib account, why should it cost to transfer my money to my own different card in the same account? Please remove this unfair fee. (I use the prepaid cards for my kids) Thank you.

Overall, it's good. But it's slow, everything takes some time, and some time the app freezes and stop working, espically when I run or start the app, even if I closed the app, it continues freezing until I do a restart for the phone. Moreover, the registration was difficult when I installed the app for the first time, but IDK if they fix this problem or it's still the same.

Very good app for the most part. The only glitch it seems to have is the difficulty one experiences when trying to input the amount of money one wants to use for a transaction. It almost always requires clicking on the field several times for for the QWERTY board to come up so as to be able to type in the amount.
