I'm using prepladder since 3 year Everything is wonderful the only issue is that whenever I try to download video it shows that the daily download limit has been reached but there's no downloaded video in offline video section I have to email every month 2 or 3 times per week due to this issue it's not even problem about max video because it's less than 1 video or no video at all and it will just show me like that download limit has been reached please resolve this issue as soon as possible
