Ratings and reviews

Prolink is GARBAGE! You guys don't do any quality control of devices and the app. A simple plug could not even connect to the App after 30 minutes of trying. Engineers are so bad at their job, they combined multiple functions into the same setting.

Bought the DS-3105 but the app or the CCTV sometimes will turn itself to offline for nothing.. Now I want toonitor of my dog also can't.. And the service that I subscribe for will pause the time recording IE recorded to 2am plus and no more recording till 6am plus...

Latest app killed the functionality of smart bulb timed on/off selections, you can no longer select a certain hue when you turn it on using the scheduler. What's worse, if you had turn on such a function prior to the app updating(in my case), the lighting function that you selected stays forever hidden and turns on/off on it's own as if it was still there with no way for you to disable or enable it. What's more, you can no longer save preferred custom hues in the application.
