Very lag, cannot check service record at all, appointment selection no included spare parts, call to designated Proton service center, the CS can't help also. Always appointments full. when click on feedback,app close automatically. Afraid of feedback?

The drop down menu has no car model to choose. While it is the mandatory field to choose before submit. In the end, unable to make car service appointment. The app doesn't meet its purpose.

Horrible you can't register your car as the select car brand drop down menu doesn't provide and options. You cant book a service as the select car model drop down menu doesnt have any options either.
