I love the device, but the app connectivity is awful on my Pixel 7 Pro. Un-pairing, re-pairing, etc. is NOT a valid solution... There is simply a bug or poor design (massive delay) in the way the app checks for device connectivity / initiates connection. This feature working is the only valid reason for the Puffco Pro price point. My advice is to look elsewhere until resolved. (As a bonus, it'd be great if they'd fix puffco.app connectivity in Chromium on Windows 11 as well. It's 90% there...)

I agree with alot of the complaints with this app. Its inconvienent to deal with the app not pairing right away. Puffco needs to hire an egghead to fix the problem, if it is fixable through software update. Tip for pairing faster (doesnt always work): After turning on the Puffco, press the button again for it to light up on the previous sessions settings. This usually makes it pair 2x faster than just waiting. Hope that helps some.

READ THIS FOR CONNECTION PROBLEM: you must make sure your puffco is on a solid blue light..hold the power down for 8 seconds until solid blue. Other wise if you just turn it on, down bellow will happen. It acts like it's trying to connect, but won't. Won't connect to device. Stays at 30% and says initializing forever. Bluetooth and location are on, on the app. Pretty cool for a half a grand item.
