The app is buggy. It does not register that someone is trying to input a tracking number. It will not allow you to even rate the app from the prompt when you have not used it for a while. The scan option won't work so even if you can not type in the tracking number you should be able to scan it. I just updated it and it still has the same issues. It needs to be worked on.

Worst mailing service ever. After waiting for a week, Delivery guy shows up on my street, doesn't leave his van, and updates that I'm not available, Delivery unsuccessful. The worst is their customer service couldn't do anything about it. Its 8am, he's probably still around and they say i can either wait for 4 days or come pick it up 1h away. I don't recommend at all.

This is not a delivery company. The drivers don't ring the doorbell or buzzer, but instead just go from home to home sticking pre-written "We're sorry we missed you" notices to doors. I have opened my door after hearing them on the porch and had to wave down the driver as he booked it back to his truck. They may as well not waste time loading their trucks, as they are clearly determined not to deliver any packages. Avoid at all costs.
