What is going on? Normally we don't have an issue with the app, but for some reason it is showing pending withdrawals that should have been taken out over a week ago. And the date for the withdraw keeps changing too. Sometimes the balance reflects the pending already taken out, and other times it doesn't show them taken out. When I go to the bank for a balance, it doesn't show the pending amounts. People can't function like this. We need an accurate reading of our balance.

Good except it's slow to load and you can't use the back button on your phone to navigate between pages. You can only use the app's back button and then when you get to the home page there is no option to close the app so you have to select the home screen button on your phone. We reported it to Horizon twice but the people in Michigan City didn't seem to understand or care which is typical for them.

App is broken. When I log in to deposit checks, the error page says "You must be logged into our mobile app to deposit checks." Not sure how you can even get served that page without being logged in. Especially since all the other menu choices work. Also it doesn't record my activity, the only two reasons I needed it. 2 stars instead of 1 for not crashing my phone. I'm deleting it.
