Overall, this banking app is fine. However, there is an annoying problem where the order of my accounts are constantly bouncing around, and reordering themselves. Another problem is scrolling over the screen in a way that keeps my accounts in the proper order. The account windows are too sensitive. A light touch on your checking account will move it from the top to the bottom of the list. There is a specific order I want to maintain. Adding a lock feature is needed badly.

Literally the app with THE MOST scheduled maintenance that somehow comes up with new bugs every single time. I can't log into this app without some issue. Uninstalling, factory reset, different wifi connections, only data, no data, reset phone. This app has been around for years and can't even operate as a standard banking app half the time. To do any transactions I have to log in and out multiple times. It's disappointing.

Before the update, this was a 5 star app! Unfortunately, now I can't even download credit card statements and this is one of the biggest components of our budgeting every months. They used to all be accessible with 2 clicks- everything on one page and easy to read. It's almost to a point I'm considering moving to a new bank after 11 years of nothing but great service.. so hard! Please change the app NW! Thank you!
