While most of the features work well there are features that they have implemented that refuse to work. One particular one is the featue to deposit checks with your phone. Many people have complained about this feature not working but they refuse to fix it. Until they fix it my review stay as it is since I have to drive 30 min to the closest branch to deposit a check.

This app crashes all the time. Often, I can't login without a failure error message. Also, when you try to dip bill pay from it the first time, it gives an error message. Turns out, when you click on it the app sends a request to the bank to allow you to use bill pay, and it can take a few days to approve. But the error message doesn't say that. Makes it sound like another crash. More specific messages would be nice.

I don't think the people at RCB that approved this app actually use this app. Little things just bug you about it. For example, every time I try to login, as soon as I click the login button some popup announcing some service or downtime appears at the top of the app which pushes the button down so I hit the forgot password button instead. When I hit the back button to go back the password I entered is no longer there. And nothing is where it should be; it's so hard to find things.
