Decent, but can be very frustrating for young ones who can't quite pronounce their R's yet. It also has significant issues understanding certain words when spoken clearly (even by an adult). For the premium price it should have a feature to learn the child's voice (initially and over time) and adapt dynamically, giving better feedback, and helping them pronounce words properly. Also, when the child gets the word wrong multiple times the AI should not repeat the same response over and over.

it needs a search bar as a user myself. it's done a lot of good for me, but a search bar would be really useful and fresh books. there's only a limited amount of books on there and it's kind of getting repetitive. otherwise it's a four stars worthy. the only thing that's really annoying is the app has a tendency. they use up a lot of Internet and it's very laggy at times

My son learned to read on this app, however, there was a few issues. Whenever he reads a longer book, and he accidentally closes the app or my phone turns off, it restarts the whole page. It is a great idea, but I just feel like sometimes the microphone wont work right, and it cant hear him. Lastly, sometimes the timer wont work until you complete a page, and with the first issue mentioned, it is sometimes impossible to finish a book. Overall, it did help and had good stories but it needs work.
