doesn't work!!! Well here it is, the end of August and the app still doesn't work. You open the app and it won't let you do anything until you choose a location. After you choose and hit done, nothing happens and the app is locked up. If you don't choose a location, an error screen comes up and tells you that you must choose a location. I'm glad they do a better job making their food than they do with customer convenience! This app doesn't even deserve 1 star! .

App barely functions, the button to remove/add items to your order doesn't work and you have to constantly reload the screen to have it go through, the app constantly tells me that my phone number isn't valid even though I've ordered before and had the same number for years, and the promo/coupon codes never work. This app is heavily bugged and if you want easier access, better service, and cheaper prices just go use Panda Express.

Why can't I remove proteins from an entree on this app? I love how easy it is to find locations and place orders but its totally useless to me because there's no option to remove the protein from an entree. There's options to remove the veggies, add veggies, and add extra protein, but you can't remove protein, so instead I have to call in and listen to the phone ring 100 times so that I can place an order for my favorite dish with everything on it except the shrimp. Boooo!
