Although texting works, voice calls are low quality with a lot of repeated words and video calls are difficult to connect, requiring multiple attempts if a connection works at all. Unfortunately there is no choice of communication provider so if your loved one is in a facility where Reliance is the provider, I'm sorry for you.

I don't have nothing but time to scroll thru the LONG list of negative reviews just to search for a post where a customer was appreciative, happy and/or satisfied. So- if ANYONE out there comes across THIS that is a satisfied customer using Reliance to stay in touch with loved ones, please, repost about it. I'll check back once a day for a week that's when I decided to make my final decision whether I'm comfortable downloading and giving permissions to the app. Thanks

This app is really bad. When it works, if it works, it's great but more often then not, it won't connect to the call server and half the time, it doesn't show the video when you connect a call. If there was another app, I'd use it. I don't think Reliance cares that it doesn't work worth a damn because they know there ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS
